This is an independent publication launched in April 2025 by Andrew Fallows.

It is intended to serve as an outlet for my thoughts and feelings about life and the world I live in. I consider myself a leftist, I grew up as a follower of Jesus, and these two things are directly intertwined in my identity – I am a leftist because of Jesus, and that is the foundation of what I believe.

The site's tagline, "kind words for gentle people," summarizes my vision not only for this publication but also for myself as a person. To be clear, kindness and gentleness aren't mutually exclusive with strong language or forceful critique, and I will endeavor to be honest and candid at all times. Rather, I aspire to uphold this vision through the impact of my writing and the goals and values I espouse.

Writing will focus on political, philosophical, and theological themes, without prescriptive commitment to named ideology, tradition, religion, or political party.
